Builder's Challenge: Taking the Leap Into Outreach (Where Offers Meet the Market)
Because an offer only matters once it meets the people it's built for.

Before we dive in, here's a quick note for new readers: The Builder's Challenge is my journey to build a ₱100K income. For years, I bought courses and collected knowledge but rarely took action. This challenge breaks that cycle—by learning in public, applying lessons in real time, and sharing the process so you can build alongside me.

This week feels different. Now it's not just theory.
It's time to test my offer in the real world.
To be honest, it's scary. Outreach means putting myself out there and facing rejection. It's the moment I find out if my offer actually has value in the market.
But it's also exciting, because every message, every call, every "yes" or "no" is data that brings me closer to my goal.
Remember: Market > Offer > Persuasion. If you have the right market and a strong offer, you don't need to be the world's greatest salesperson. The market will pull the value out of you.
That's what I'm testing now.
Why Outreach Scares (and Excites) Me
Here's the truth: outreach feels like stepping into the arena.
It scares me because rejection is real. The offer I've been crafting isn't just an idea anymore.
It's about to be tested by the market.
I'll finally find out if it has real value or not.
But that's also what excites me. If it clicks, the upside is massive: traction, refinement, a clearer understanding of my market, and yes, actual income.
The stakes are simple:
Don't do it → nothing changes
Do it → everything changes
That's why I'm committing to the next 100 days of consistent outreach.

My Simple Outreach Plan
I'm not overcomplicating it. My plan is simple:
Channels: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and cold email
Time: 2 hours a day for 100 days (a "challenge within the challenge")
Method: Join groups, send connection requests, search keywords, and engage where my market already spends time
The goal isn't to be everywhere. It's to learn where my market truly hangs out.
That's why I'm testing every outreach method I can. After some time, I'll have data showing me where creators respond the most. That's when I can double down on what works and stop wasting time on what doesn't.
Finding My Market (From Macro to Micro)
One of the biggest shifts in this Builder's Challenge is not just learning what my market is, but where they spend their time.
Think of it like zooming in with a camera:
Macro level → Big, broad category (wealth and entrepreneurship)
Niche level → People who teach and monetize skills (online course creators)
Micro level → The exact communities, tools, and thought leaders they follow
That's where the magic happens. When you know where your market lives, you know where to show up.
For example, course creators hang out on platforms like Kajabi, Teachable, and ClickFunnels. They're active in Facebook groups like "Coaches and Course Creators." They follow Alex Hormozi, Russell Brunson, and Amy Porterfield. They listen to podcasts like Marketing Secrets and Online Marketing Made Easy.
And they're Googling things like:
"How to sell my online course"
"Best sales page design for coaches"
"Why isn't my course selling?"
Knowing this tells me exactly where to focus my outreach instead of shouting into the void.
Here's the simple takeaway: Don't just pick a market. Map where they already spend their time. Go from macro → micro until you can literally list the websites, podcasts, groups, and searches they're using. That's where your outreach becomes 10x easier.

The RCBCC Framework I'm Using for DMs & Emails
I don't want to just "wing it." Here's the framework I'm using for every DM and email:
1️⃣ Reason — Why I'm reaching out
2️⃣ Care — Why they should care
3️⃣ Bridge — Connect my value to their world
4️⃣ Call to Action — Give a simple next step
5️⃣ Check — Edit before hitting send
I learned this framework from the community I'm part of right now. Once I hit my ₱100K goal, I'll share all the details about where I'm learning and who's been guiding me through this journey.
The tone? Always from a place of help, not neediness. I'm not chasing people. I'm looking for those who are already hungry for a solution.
Why Testing Fast Matters
Here's what Alex Hormozi drilled into my head: Market > Offer > Persuasion.
If you have a good market and a strong offer, you don't need to be a master persuader. The market itself will pull the value out of you.
His words hit me hard: "If your offer doesn't work, it doesn't mean you suck. It means your offer sucks. Big difference. You only suck if you stop trying."
That's why outreach is everything right now. Every DM, every call, every response—yes or no—is feedback. It's data I can use to refine my offer, tweak my message, and get closer to the version that truly clicks.
The faster I test, the faster I learn.

Where Theory Meets Reality
This week isn't about reading another book or refining my notes. It's about putting my offer in front of the market and seeing what happens.
The personal stakes are clear:
Don't test → stay stuck in the same place
Test → learn, grow, and move closer to real traction
Here's the biggest lesson I've picked up so far: Your offer doesn't mean anything until you test it.
You can have the best framework, the cleanest copy, or the most polished page—but none of that matters until it's in the hands of the people you want to serve.
